Personal Psychological Services

ProActive Psychological Services is all about assisting people to resolve personal and interpersonal issues, self manage their problems and issues, and to provide assessment and reporting services when needed.

While all of our Psychologists have a Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology and are full members of the Australian Psychological Society, it is our work as a team covering all of the main areas of psychological practice that sets us apart from other service providers. In addition to our Masters training, which focuses on general therapy and provides much of the practical treatment-based training required to be an effective therapist, each of our psychologists has specialised interests, experience and training over and above that.

The advantages that this provides are that it enables us to offer a more specialised level of care for your specific needs than can be provided by a sole practitioner. Please refer to the Our Team page for the particular skills and expertise provided by each of our Psychologists.

As a group we carry out an extensive range of psychological assistance including counselling for individuals, assessments of individuals, reports including psycho-legal reports for compensation and criminal matters and a variety of other needs, workplace training, executive coaching, personal coaching, and personal training. All personal counselling services you may be entitled to be able to claim a rebate from Medicare or some other organisation. Please phone our office for further information.
