Chris Probets
Chris Probets is a highly experienced specialist in the areas of compensation, rehabilitation and forensic psychology. He has a strong understanding of compensation law, criminal justice, and psycho-legal issues and procedures. He also has a particular interest in organisational issues including critical incident debriefing, risk assessment of employees during retrenchment and closure, staff training and executive coaching. Chris works from an assessment basis as this gives both he and you clear information on what you need. He provides clear direction and he provides strong encouragment and motivation of people in their endeavour to overcome often severely challenging disabilities and/or situations.
Karen Edwards
Karen Edwards has extensive experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma and behaviour management. She has a great ability to engage young people and their parents alike, working collaboratively on both their skills and functioning. Karen also works with adults in many areas including emotional and related issues. Karen uses both individual and family therapy approaches to achieve positive outcomes for parents and children.
Ivan Bakich
Ivan Bakich has extremely wide-ranging training and he has Masters Degrees in both counselling and clinical psychology. His specialties include relationships, marital counselling in which he has over 10 years of specialist experience and training, clinical neuropsychological assessment, and personality disorders. Ivan revels in handling complex, difficult and often long-term patients.
Linda Thornley
Linda Thornley specialises in depression, bereavement, relationship counselling and hypnotherapy. She also has particular expertise in coping with near-death experiences, personal growth and can assist with existential issues. Linda uses a combination of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy combined with a gentle and friendly approach. Linda develops a strong level of rapport with her clients, encouraging personal growth through holistic healing.
Natasha Galovic
Natasha Galovic works out of our Parramatta office and has particular interest and expertise in managing anxiety and depression, stress management, communication skills training, enhancing self-esteem and assertiveness training. She is also experienced in working with psychosis, and drug and alcohol dependence and she has worked with adults, children and adolescents.
Karen Moses
Karen Moses has strong skills and experience with anxiety disorders of all types. These include generalised anxiety disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias and panic attacks. She also has experience in anorexia and bulimia. Karen works from a mainly Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy basis while developing rapport easily. She has a friendly and flexible approach to helping people who are having difficulty making progress.
