She also has a special interest in perinatal and infant mental health. Karen uses a combination of cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, psycho-education and skills training to ensure effective treatment and long-term symptom management. Karen has a master’s degree in clinical psychology and is endorsed as a clinical psychologist.
Nick has provided clinical interventions to individuals with various mental health concerns for over 5 years including anxiety, depression, suicide, trauma, drugs and alcohol and problem behaviours. He incorporates evidenced-based therapies for children, adolescents and adults including cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness and applied behaviour analysis. He also has prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and in the provision of psychological assessments and reports for educational and forensic matters. He holds a masters degree in clinical psychology, is a registered psychologist and clinical registrar.
Thea has spent over a decade working in mental health, with diverse experience in clinical, forensic, and disability settings in the private and public sectors. In addition to providing individual and group treatment for a range of clinical presentations, particularly mood and anxiety disorders, Thea has extensive experience in assessment services, including providing medico-legal assessments, expert opinion in criminal trials, and evaluating intellectual and learning disabilities. She is also an APS-accredited Autism provider, with many years' experience working with children, adolescents, and adults on the Autism Spectrum and with related disorders. Thea holds a Masters in forensic psychology and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of New South Wales.
Kathryn has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief, problem behaviours and parenting skills. She also has a special interest in the treatment and assessment of intellectual and learning disabilities. Kathryn uses a combination of applied behaviour therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, psycho-education and skills training. She is currently completing a Masters of Clinical Psychology and is a registered Psychologist.
Elyce works with adults and adolescents in the assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorder, anger, grief, and loss. She has an interest in women's health and is qualified to provide perinatal support counselling under Medicare. Elyce has a decade of experience as a WorkCover registered provider and an excellent knowledge of chronic pain and management of psychological workplace injuries. She is also an experienced career practitioner. Elyce utilises cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and skills training. Elyce also applies solution focused brief therapy strategies for EAP. She holds a bachelor's degree in social science majoring in psychology and postgraduate diploma in psychology and is endorsed as a registered psychologist.
Kylie has a special interest in mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment disorders, suicidal behaviours, eating disorders and self-harm. Kylie has worked in acute community mental health for 25 years, she works with children, adolescents and adults and is also an accredited WorkCover treatment provider. Kylie’s approach encompasses cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, mindfulness, EMDR and skills training. Kylie has a bachelor’s degree in counselling and a post graduate diploma in psychology.
Mitch works with both adults and adolescents in the assessment and treatment of anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, and family issues. He has a particular interest in anxiety disorders (including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic attacks and specific phobias). He also sees clients in relation to executive and career coaching. Mitch integrates a variety of treatment modalities including cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness and skills training. He holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and is endorsed as a clinical psychologist.
Christine has worked in mental health for over 10 years and is particularly interested in the areas of depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicide. Christine employs a range of treatment modalities including cognitive behaviour therapy, psycho-education, dialectical behaviour, acceptance and commitment therapy, skills training and mindfulness. Christine works with children, adolescents and adults and is also a WorkCover registered provider. Christine can conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide written reports including forensic assessments for criminal matters. She holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology, and is endorsed as a clinical psychologist.
